Due to the time sensitive nature of holiday themed designs, these items are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned for any reason.
We DO NOT issue returns for a cash value.
We print to order which means we printed your order just for you! We want you to be 100% happy with your Purple Aspen purchase though. We CAN exchange sizes if needed. Any apparel that has been washed MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, to let us know which size you would like to exchange for. Tags and packaging must be attached if you plan to exchange sizes.
You will pay for shipping to return the item to us and then the shipping for the new size back out to you for the exchange. Size charts are attached to all items so please look at them before placing an order.
