ORDER PROCESSING:

Depending on your location – standard USPS shipping usually takes up to 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Typically, orders are packaged and shipped within 3-6 days.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery times vary by country. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks.   Also, an international order may contain international customs fees which are your responsibility.  

PAYMENTS:

Purple Aspen accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Amazon, and PayPal. Shopify and PayPal processes Purple Aspen's orders. If you place your order online, we do not have access to your payment information. 

SHIPPING:

Purple Aspen offers complimentary First Class Mail Shipping on all domestic orders over $50.  

If you add Priority Shipping that does not speed up the processing time.  It only speeds up the delivery once the order has shipped.  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Purple Aspen will happily accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your shipment from us. Please contact us regarding your return request so we may issue you an RMA. You will be responsible for the return shipping back to you and returned the package to us.  

To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with Tracking Information and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information or that get lost via transport back to us.  

While Purple Aspen’s staff strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control, we are human and occasionally make mistakes. In the event that there was a mistake on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.

Once we can receive your item back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you at our expense. 

Also, please exercise general common sense on this one, if you have washed it, worn it, or otherwise tarnished it, we will no be able to take it back.

MISSING PACKAGE:

If your package shows delivered and you still haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. You're welcome to contact us and we can look up the telephone number for your local post office if you cannot locate it. The USPS is quite amazing these days with GPS technology and they can actually pinpoint where your delivery was dropped off.
